Health is a core gameplay aspect in Slay the Spire it is commonly referred to as HP [Health Points].

Health is a primary resource during both combat and events: When the hero's HP is reduced below 1 a game over occurs.
The hero's HP is fully restored at the beginning of each act.
Event options which deal damage may still be selected even if the damage will kill the hero
Monsters which have their HP reduced below 1 are killed unless otherwise stated.

Singing Bowl: Whenever you skip a card reward, increase your Max HP by 2. Strawberry: Raise your Max HP by 7. Darkstone Periapt: Whenever you obtain a Curse, increase your Max HP by 6. Pear: Raise your Max HP by 10. Mango: Raise your Max HP by 14. Runic Cube: Max HP is lowered by 20%. Whenever you lose HP, draw 1 card. Tiny House: Obtain 1 potion. Gain 30 Gold. Raise your Max HP by 5. Obtain 1 card. Lee's Waffle: Raise your Max HP by 7 and heal all of your HP. Neow's Lament: Enemies in your first 3 combats will have 1 HP.

Regal Pillow: Heal an additional 15 HP when you Rest. Meat on the Bone: If your HP is at or below 50% at the end of combat, heal 12 HP. Pantograph: At the start of boss combats, heal 25 HP. Bird-Faced Urn: Whenever you play a Power, heal 2 HP. Eternal Feather: For every 5 cards in your deck, heal 2 HP whenever you enter a Rest Site. Bloody Idol: Whenever you gain Gold, heal 5 HP. Lee's Waffle: Raise your Max HP by 7 and heal all of your HP. Toy Ornithopter: Whenever you use a potion, heal 3 HP.

Magic Flower: Healing is 50% more effective during combat. Lizard Tail: When you would die, heal to 50% of your Max HP instead (works once).
